Psi Sigma Phi Multicultural Fraternity Incorporated was founded on December 12, 1990 by two universities: Montclair State University and New Jersey City University. The 18 Founding Fathers believed that multiculturalism is not indicative to the physical composition of an organization on a chapter or national level. It is a state of mind - a philosophy that embraces any and all aspects of cultural identity with unconditional respect and equality.
Psi Sigma Phi is inclusive to all men no matter of their ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious background, etc. We believe in 4 pillars: Brotherhood, Academics, Service, and Multiculturalism. Our National Philanthropy is the Kidney and Urology Foundation. Currently, we have 18 Chapters in the United States: 10 in New Jersey, 3 in North Carolina, 2 in Utah, and 3 in Pennsylvania.
